What is Fight Club Catholic?
This is the ministry Matt Aujero started in 2013 while working at the Catholic Student Center at the University of Maryland. He and his family of eight have jumped full-time as of July 2023! The mission: to recover man’s sight so he’s free to love Christ, his (future) bride, and his brothers in the battle for purity of heart. While the mission itself deals with adult-topics like fighting the pornography epidemic, this will be a kid-friendly event where the celebration and updates will omit the porn word and focus on the hope of Christ, changed lives, and the growth of Fight Club now at 10 universities, seven parishes, and 300+ members strong!

This will be an epic taco potluck!
Why?
In 2019, Matt Aujero visited Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico when he heard her in prayer, “¿Donde esta mi libro? (Where is my book?)” she said. “No tengas miedo, este es mi proyecto. (Do not be afraid, this my project.)” She was telling him that she wanted to reach men beyond University of Maryland where Fight Club started. Commissioned by her, we published the first (2020), second (2022) and now third (2023) editions of the Fight Club:Field Manual distributing thousands of copies to men fighting for pure love. The ministry is all hers as she leads men to her perfect son, Jesus Christ. We’d like to honor our patroness, thank her and her Son for this great ministry!
